The Firm handles the legal aspects of human resources management, pertaining, in particular, to employment of staff and remuneration. We prepare individual and collective solutions and solutions for specific professional groups, with special emphasis put on the managers.

The labour law team drafts contracts of employment, temporary work contracts, etc. We help employers and employees to terminate employment and provide consultancy during personnel takeover. We provide advice regarding hiring temporary employees on the basis of regulations applying to temporary work agencies.

The Firm deals with the legal aspects of employment restructuring and organisation of social packages and collective bargaining agreements. Our lawyers also represent parties before the labour courts.
