COOPERATIVE LAW

We offer legal assistance in the field of Cooperative Law based on practical experience, which dates back to 1997 as one of the first clients in the over 20 - year history of our law were housing cooperatives from Wielkopolska. Provision of legal assistance to housing cooperatives by the Law Office includes, among others:

  • service and participation in meetings of the housing cooperative bodies (General Meeting, Supervisory Board, Management Board),
