“Between a rock and a hard place, or when to anonymise public information, and when not to” – Article by our lawyers in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”

“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” in its “Samorząd i Administracja” supplement (No. 57) of 23 March 2022 published an article by barrister Aneta Fornalik and trainee attorney Angelika Borowiak entitled “Between a rock and a hard place, or when to anonymise public information, and when not to”.

The article deals with selected, important aspects of public information granting procedures, which the authors of the text encounter on a daily basis while advising public entities.
