As part of our cooperation with the C.H. Beck Publishing House – “Legalis” Legal Information Service, lawyers from our Law Firm comment on administrative court rulings important for practice.
In the article of 21 March 2022, we provided a commentary to the judgment of the Voivodship Administrative Court in Poznań, from which it follows that an employee organisation is entitled under the provisions of the Public Information (Access) Act to demand from an obliged entity access to information which is public information. This means that the trade union organisation has a choice as to the manner in which it applies for access to the information. The applicant’s trade union status does not prejudge the exclusion of the application of the provisions of the Act.
The commentary for “Legalis” was prepared by barrister Aneta Fornalik.
