“Occupancy permit – selected practical issues” – another book publication under the patronage of our Law Firm

For a few days now, a book by barrister Aneta Fornalik, barrister Alicja Kociemba and tax advisor Iwona Jacieczko entitled “Occupancy permit – selected practical issues” has been on sale.

The book is based on the authors’ professional practice gained primarily in the course of their cooperation with our Law Firm, which is pleased to have taken this publication under its patronage.

The occupancy permit is the last administrative decision connected with a construction project. Obtaining it not only enables lawful use of the building, but also confirms that the construction has been carried out in accordance with the law. Obviously, the obligation to obtain this decision applies only to selected categories of buildings.

This publication is a selection of important and legally significant issues concerning the procedure of issuing an occupancy permit, as well as the legal nature of this decision.
