New Public Procurement Law – lecture by attorney Wojciech Piórkowski for members of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań

Attorney Wojciech Piórkowski – Director of the Public Procurement Law Department delivered on 20 May 2020 a lecture (in the form of a webinar) on the “New Public Procurement Law” for attorneys and trainees of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań as part of the 4th Professional Training Cycle.

The lecture focused on the issues of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019, which will enter into force on 1 January 2021, and which introduces new solutions to facilitate the participation of entrepreneurs in the public procurement market through, among others, formal simplifications and introduction of new solutions in the procurement procedure below the so-called EU thresholds.
