4th Wielkopolska Public Procurement Law Congress

Attorney-at-law Wojciech Piórkowski – Director of the Public Procurement Law Department, was invited by the organizer, i.e. the monthly magazine „Zamawiający, zamówienia publiczne w praktyce”    (“Contracting Authority, Public Procurement in Practice”) to participate as a speaker at the 4th Wielkopolska Public Procurement Law Congress – Public Procurement in the face of the new act to be held on 2 March 2020 in Poznań.

In his speech, attorney Wojciech Piórkowski will discuss the institution of Terms of Participation in the procedure under the new Public Procurement Law, taking into account the following issues:

• ability to to participate in business transactions 
• the right to pursue a specific professional activity, in so far as this is provided for in separate regulations
• economic or financial situation
• technical and/or professional ability
• sharing resources with third parties
• subjective means of evidence.
