Przemysław Przerywacz

An expert in the field of procedural law, arbitration law and competition law. Head of the Department of Litigation. He represents business entities in court disputes and in pre-trial negotiations. The values of the subject matter of the dispute on matters in which he represented business entities exceed 65 million PLN.

He has over 10 years of experience in the field of business disputes and disputes in arbitration proceedings. He has over 50 appearances before the Supreme Court of the Republic of Poland. He is an author of over 30 appeals to the Supreme Court. He also advises Clients in matters of competition both in undertaking preventive actions and in proceedings before competition authorities. In his professional work he also combines aspects of commercial and civil law as well as concluding, terminating and executing civil law contracts.

He is one of the authors of the commentary in Chambers Global Practice Guides, as part of the chapter Collective Redress & Class Actions 2025.
