As a result of the legally valid judgment of the Regional Court in Warsaw, 13th Labour and Social Insurance Division, as well as a summons issued by the Law Firm, the Director of the ZE-R MSWiA issued a new decision in the matter of establishing the right to a pension and paid the former officer of the Intelligence Agency represented by the Law Firm a pension in the amount from before the entry into force of the so-called “Repressive Law”.
The Firm’s client also obtained compensation of the pension due to him pursuant to the judgment of the Regional Court in Warsaw for the period from 1 October 2017 in the net amount of almost PLN 300 thousand.
