4th National Medical Law Congress with our lawyers

Despite the holiday season, our lawyers are still sharing their knowledge of medical law. On July 19, 2025, the 4th National Medical Law Congress was held, organized by the Center for American Studies on the Teams platform.

Representatives from our law firm participated in the event. Attorney-at-law Paulina Kozłowska gave a lecture titled “Limiting medical confidentiality – who, to whom and in what cases can disclose information covered by confidentiality,” while Marta Walkowiak presented a speech titled “The doctor’s responsibility for prescribing without medical indications.” Attorney-at-law Malwina Kasprzak was also present at the event.

These issues arise in the daily practice of medical professionals, although they sometimes raise doubts among legal theorists, and the practice of proceedings does not always comply with the applicable regulations. For these reasons, it is worth discussing them during academic meetings, which we gladly attend.
