She specialises in civil law, medical law and labour law.
She has extensive, practical experience in providing comprehensive services to private and public entities engaged in medical activity. She advises members of medical self-government in matters connected with the profession. She supports employers in all legal aspects of their activities, in particular in resolving employment disputes with management staff.
In day-to-day practice, she represents clients in court disputes concerning liability connected with the provision of health services (the so-called malpractice trials) and in proceedings before Voivodship Committees on Adjudication of Medical Events. She participates in administrative proceedings and civil lawsuits connected with concluding and performing contracts with the National Health Fund.
Moreover, she conducts criminal and disciplinary cases at all stages of proceedings.
She has been cooperating with the Law Firm since 2014. In 2015, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2020, after completing her full legal training in our Law Firm, she was entered on the list of attorneys of the Wielkopolska Bar Association.
