In June this year the Regional Court in Poznań overturned the judgment of the court of first instance, which had passed a sentence of unconditional imprisonment and remitted the case for retrial for the offence stipulated in the section of the Penal Code against sexual liberty and decency. Thus, Maciej Robaszyński, barrister, once again confirmed the high effectiveness of the pleas in law, in the appeal prepared for our Client.
