We are pleased to announce that a team of lawyers from our Law Firm has advised an American company on an M&A transaction involving the acquisition of a Polish software house operating as a commercial law company. Our services consisted in conducting due diligence on the subject of the transaction in cooperation with a US law firm and providing recommendations on the form of acquisition of the Polish company. The value of the transaction amounted to nearly USD 10 million.
