“What to keep in mind when organising vaccination against COVID-19 in schools” – article by attorney Paulina Kozłowska in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”

On 30 June 2021, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” in its supplement “Samorząd i Administracja” [“The Local Government and Administration”] (no. 124/2021) published an article by advocate Paulina Kozłowska entitled: “What to keep in mind when organising vaccinations against COVID-19 in schools”.

From September 2021, the Ministry of Education and Science plans to start implementing COVID-19 vaccination in schools, in mobile mode, in cooperation with vaccination centres. Following the declarations, the Ministry of Education has published information for schools, recommendations for parents and the vaccination schedule developed together with the Ministry of Health.

This article addresses the doubts which have emerged concerning the administration of vaccinations in educational institutions. It also presents proposed solutions for schools, which may already be facing the new task in two months’ time.
