“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” in its “Samorząd i Administracja” supplement (No. 81) of 27 April 2022 published an article by barrister Aneta Fornalik entitled: “Irreversible legal consequences, i.e. when the office’s hands are tied and it cannot make a decision correcting an error”.

The article concerns selected practical issues connected with irreversibility of legal consequences of a decision in proceedings for declaration of invalidity of a decision. The article discusses, among others, legal consequences of construction permits, municipalisation decisions and decisions concerning public roads.
