Representing the University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw, we succeeded before the National Appeals Chamber

By judgment of July 8, 2020 (file ref. KIO 1115/20), the National Appeals Chamber dismissed the Contractor’s appeal, thus confirming the correctness of the Contracting Authority’s decision, i.e. the University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw, to select the most advantageous tender.

The University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw may therefore sign a public procurement contract with the selected Contractor, the object of which is “Provision of sanitary transport services for UCC Hospitals”.

In this proceeding before the National Appeals Chamber, the University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw was represented by: attorney-at-law Aleksandra Kot and attorney-at-law Grzegorz Józefiak from the Department of Public Procurement Law, who successfully brought about the dismissal by the Chamber of all the pleas contained in the appeal against the most advantageous tender.
