By judgment of 3 July 2020, the National Appeals Chamber dismissed the contractor’s appeal filed in the proceedings for the award of a public contract entitled “Delivery of Peeled Vegetables for the Multi-specialist Municipal Hospital” conducted by the J. Struś Multi-Specialist Municipal Hospital with with its registered office in Poznań.
Effective arguments presented during the hearing before the National Appeals Chamber confirmed the correctness of the actions taken by the Contracting Authority in the proceedings and the reasonableness of the decision to select the most advantageous tender, which resulted in the dismissal of the appeal lodged in its entirety and the successful completion of the procedure.
At a hearing before the National Appeals Chamber, the Contracting Authority was successfully represented by attorney-at-law Aleksandra Kot from the Public Procurement Law Department.
