On 28 November 2019, in the office of the Law Firm, Professor Andrzej Jan Szwarc, signing the “Handover Deed”, officially handed over his own book collection, gathered during 58 years of academic and research activity, to his pupil, attorney at law Paweł Sowisło, who received the book collection on behalf of the whole team of lawyers in our Law Firm.
The book collection contains valuable and unique publications on criminal law, which is the main subject of Professor’s research, but also numerous publications from other fields of law, including in particular sports law, which is the second important subject of his research interests, which is related to the establishment of the Polish Association of Sports Law and holding the position of its President for 30 years.
The book collection handed over is an important supplement to the Law Firm’s rich own library, and will certainly serve current and future employees of the Office.
