Legal support of the public promise for the Wielkopolska Museum of Independence

The Sowisło & Topolewski Law Firm comprehensively prepared and conducted a competition for the architectural and urban planning concept of the new seat of the Museum of the Wielkopolska Uprising 1918-1919 in Poznań, which resulted in the announcement of the results of this prestigious competition on 30 July 2019. 

The winner of the competition is the Warsaw architectural studio WXCA Sp. z o.o. 

The results of the competition were announced in the seat of the Museum of the Wielkopolska Uprising (Odwach), Old Market Square, Poznań, in the presence of a representative of the Law Firm, i.e. lawyer Arkadiusz Bocian from the Public Procurement Law Department.

The author of the winning work will be invited to negotiate a public procurement contract under a negotiated procedure. The subject matter of the contract will be the detailed development of the competition work in accordance with the point. 3.6 of the Regulations, allowing for the construction of a new seat of the Museum of the Wielkopolska Uprising 1918-1919 along with land development.
