Since mid-2020 our Law Firm has been providing legal services for an investment project carried out by one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in Poland, whose aim is to launch a new technological line for chocolate production.
The investment is a manifestation of the company’s innovative activity. The launch of the production line will allow for modernization of the production process, expansion of the assortment and increase of the market share.
The scope of the investment includes adaptation of buildings to accommodate the production line, modernisation of production facilities, purchase of a new chocolate production unit, its assembly and start-up.
The total value of the investment amounts to approximately PLN 30 million.
The legal support of the investment on behalf of the Firm for the entire period of its implementation is provided by attorney-at-law Grzegorz Parus.
