The Law Firm as a contents partner of the 4th Polish Planning and Zoning Law Congress

The 4th Polish Planning and Zoning Law Congress, organised by Must Read Media – Construction Law Quarterly, was held on 18-19 March 2021 in an on-line format.

The substantive partner of this event was our Law Firm, so the speakers had to include our representatives, i.e.:

1. Aneta Fornalik, attorney-at-law, with a presentation: “The most frequent errors of decisions on development conditions – practice and jurisprudence”,
2. Aleksandra Urbanowska-Bohun, attorney-at-law, with a presentation: “Spatial exclusion – outline of the problem”.

The topics of the Congress focused on current, most practical and interesting issues of spatial planning, such as photovoltaic installations, light pollution, digitisation of spatial planning, errors in local plans.
