Due to numerous irregularities, the Prof. S.T. Dąbrowski Hospital in Puszczykowo calculated, and then deducted from the contractor’s remuneration, contractual penalties for improper performance of the contract, the subject of which was to provide services in the field of preparation and distribution of all-day meals for the hospital’s patients.
The claim was dismissed in its entirety by the Regional Court in Poznań, and then the Court of Appeal in Poznań by virtue of the judgment of 30 November 2020 in the case file no. I Aga 166/19 dismissed the contractor’s (plaintiff’s) appeal, deeming it unfounded.
The hospital in Puszczykowo was represented by attorney Wojciech Piórkowski.
