The transformation procedure is the first stage of a complex strategy elaborated by the lawyers of our Commercial and Corporate Services Department, which is to end with the introduction of the company to an organised stock market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange outside the regulated market in the formula of an alternative trading system – i.e. the NewConnect market.
The transformation included a number of issues connected with the current support of the entity, the execution of orders, as well as the reorganisation of the company under the corporate requirements of a joint stock company, taking into account the future procedure for entering the NewConnect market.
