The Rzeczpospolita daily, in its online edition on 12 October 2020, referred to the judgment of the Supreme Court of 7 October 2020 in the case of reinstatement of an employee and determination of the content of the employment relationship, which will be of great importance for employees who lose their jobs in public administration in the near future, as announced by the government. In this case, our Law Firm, in the person of attorney-at-law Magdalena Sobczak, represented the defendant employer, i.e. the Commune Office.
