Second part of the training on the new Public Procurement Law for the Wielkopolska Center of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery in Poznan

On 20 May 2021, attorney-at-law Łukasz Miatkowski conducted a training course on public procurement law for employees of the Eugenia and Janusz Zeyland Wielkopolska Centre of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery Independent Public Health Care Center in Poznan.

This was the second part of the course on the subject of Public Procurement Law in connection with the entry into force of the new Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019. The topics of the training included, among others, issues concerning subjective and objective means of evidence, abnormally low price, prerequisites for rejection of a tender, deadline for being bound by a tender, contractors acting jointly and resources made available by third parties.
