“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” in its “Samorząd i Administracja” supplement (No. 37) of 23 February 2022 published an article by barrister Aneta Fornalik entitled: “Summonses in administrative proceedings are not just a formality”.
The article concerns the institution of a summons in administrative procedure. Summonses are of various nature, but in principle they are aimed at streamlining proceedings and enabling a public administration authority to perform its basic duty, which is to establish the correct state of affairs in a given case.
