An expert in the field of taxation, treasury, accounting and public finances. He has many years of practical experience in the jurisprudence of tax authorities, examination of financial statements, representation of taxpayers in administrative and court proceedings, as well as over 10 years of practice as the chief accountant.
He has the qualifications of a certified auditor, he is also a court expert in the field of accounting and public finances as well as taxes and treasury. A long-time member of the Accountants Association in Poland at all levels. Entered on the list of arbitrators at the Court of Arbitration of KIiE in Poznań.
He was awarded the honorary badge “For merits in the development of Accountants Association in Poland” and appreciated by the Diploma of Recognition by the Wielkopolska Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.
In 1973, he graduated in finance studies at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. A graduate of Public Finances Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in 1995. In 1998 he graduated in Taxation Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and in 2003 in the field of Tax Law of the European Union.
