
From the beginning of her professional career, she has specialized in civil law and procedure and commercial law.
She gained experience in reputable law firms, including an international corporation, where in addition to providing substantive support to clients, she was responsible for updating and standardizing document templates in her department and coordinating recurring procedural tasks.
She has extensive experience in representing clients from the banking sector and in providing ongoing support to business entities. She is particularly open to identifying legal risks and proposing solutions that meet the client’s business needs.
She also offers support in negotiations, preparation of legal opinions, and analysis and negotiation of contract terms.
She is also familiar with criminal law.
She is fluent in English.
Privately, she is passionate about Polish cuisine, criminology and victimology, and the history of systemic transformation from the 1980s to the beginning of the 21st century, with a particular focus on social, economic, and cultural changes.
