Marta Król (née Fredrych)

She specialises in medical, labour and civil law and provides day-to-day services to both public and non-public healthcare entities and medical professionals in these fields. 

She has experience in representing clients in civil proceedings concerning claims related to the provision of healthcare services (medical malpractice cases) and in lawsuits filed against the National Health Fund, at the pre-court, court and enforcement stages. 

She represents employees and employers (both public and private entities) in labour law cases, both at the judicial and pre-court stage. She has experience in preparing internal acts applicable to the employer, with particular emphasis on labour, remuneration or company benefit fund regulations, as well as all documents related to employment. In addition, she prepares, updates and implements, on an ongoing bases, procedures applicable to employers and employees, as introduced by the legislator. 

Member of the medical law team at Sowisło Topolewski, recognised in the 2023 Legal 500 EMEA ranking in the Healthcare and Life Sciences category. 

Privately, she is an enthusiast of puzzles, board games, books, and photography.

An author of numerous articles on medical law and a speaker at conferences, lectures and training courses for students. 

Co-author of e-book published by the Firm: “Selected aspects of proceedings in medical malpractice cases” (2024) and legal alerts.
