In the office, he supervises the following areas: controlling, management information, HR, business development, IT. He is an experienced manager with over 15 years of experience in direct management of teams of employees with over 100 employees.
He gained professional experience in renowned international and domestic banks in which he was responsible for the financial result, products and quality of customer service in the segments: individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, private individuals including private banking and was responsible for risk management and handling changes to the existing portfolio of retail loans.
A member of Credit Committees and Credit Policy Committees at the bank’s head office level. In his professional experience he also had direct, 5-year cooperation in the field of full banking services for corporate clients with annual sales revenue over 30 million PLN.
Precursor of concluding transactions regarding bank financing of investment objectives and budget deficits of local government units at all levels. He is a certified Project Manager according to the PRINCE2 methodology.
In 1997 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz.
