The 5th Polish Planning and Zoning Law Congress already behind us

The 5th Planning and Zoning Law Congress, organised by the Must Read Media Publishing House and the Construction Law Quarterly, was held on-line on 20-21 September 2021.

Our Law Firm was a content partner of the event, so the list of speakers had to include our representatives, who were:

1. Aneta Fornalik, barrister, with a presentation: “Access to a public road in proceedings for issuing a decision on development conditions”,
2. Iwona Jacieczko, tax advisor, with a presentation: “Allocation of real estate according to the decision on development conditions – selected tax aspects”.

The topics of the Congress focused on the most current, practical, and interesting issues of spatial planning (e.g., digitalisation of spatial planning processes in practice, landscape resolutions, public consultations, internet tools in the planning procedure). Many topics of the speeches were intricately connected with the procedure for issuing decisions on land development conditions and were based on the issues described in the publication entitled “Decision on land development conditions – selected practical problems” authored by Aneta Fornalik, barrister, Alicja Kociemba, barrister and Iwona Jacieczko, tax advisor.
