“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” in its “Samorząd i Administracja” [“Local Government and Administration”] supplement published on 19 January 2022 the article “Multigenerational families hit by waste charges. Relief not for them”, in which a commentary by Aneta Fornalik, attorney, was included.
In the commentary, Ms Fornalik explains the circumstances justifying the granting of relief from payment and indicates the types of relief. Among these reliefs, however, there is no possibility to reduce the amount of liability, i.e. a situation where the amount due would be lower already in advance has not been taken into consideration.
