The 11th Health Challenges Congress in Katowice is now behind us

Thank you for two days of inspiring discussions, meetings and the exchange of experiences regarding the challenges currently facing the healthcare system in Poland. This year’s Congress provided a unique forum for substantive discussion on regulations, communication in medicine and building trust in the healthcare system.

In the panel discussion titled “Health as a casualty of poor communication – how can we rebuild the trust in the system?”, our firm was represented by Attorney-at-law Anna Piotrowska-Musioł. The discussion focused, amongst other things, on the problem of health misinformation, liability for the dissemination of false medical information, and the importance of effective communication with patients.

Representatives from our law firm also attended the event: Attorney-at-law Krzysztof Topolewski and Attorney-at-law Ewelina Jeglikowska.

We would like to thank the PTWP Group for the excellent organisation of the event, the wonderful atmosphere, and the opportunity to have many interesting conversations and make new acquaintances. Such meetings are extremely important for the further development of dialogue between the fields of law, medicine and healthcare management.
