She has been cooperating with our law firm since 2002. Specializes in legal services in the field of medical law, labor law and civil matters. She handles cases at the pre-litigation, court and enforcement stage, performing all activities in the course of these proceedings.
She has over 10 years of experience in providing legal services to entities performing medical activities, in particular independent public healthcare institutions. She advises on matters related to the practice of the medical profession and the establishment of medical entities. She also deals with the issues of contracts with the National Health Fund.
In 2015, she obtained an a precedent-setting ruling for one of the Poznan hospitals against the National Health Fund by effectively questioning its payment settlement system for the medical procedures applied for many years by the National Health Fund in all hospitals in Poland.
In 2006, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan. Then she completed the legal apprenticeship at our law firm and with honors passed the legal counsel exam in 2010. A member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań.
