Since 2000 he has been gaining and enriching his experience in providing comprehensive services to business entities, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and New Connect, mainly in the area of mergers & acquisitions, corporate affairs and ownership transformations.
He participates in many projects of broadly understood restructuring and transformation of commercial law companies. He represents clients in court disputes in the field of commercial and civil law.
He is a valued expert in negotiating disputes between entrepreneurs. He has extensive practical experience in representing public companies before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He graduated from postgraduate studies in the field of taxation. After completing the legal counsel apprenticeship in our law firm, he acquired the rights of a legal counsel in 2003. Since 2009 he has been practicing as an advocate.
