“When a building permit can be declared invalid” – article by attorney Aneta Fornalik in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”

“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” in its supplement “Samorząd i Administracja” (No. 109/2021) published an article by attorney Aneta Fornalik entitled “When a building permit can be declared invalid”.

The article concerns the issue of legal defectiveness of a building permit issued at least 5 years before the amendment to the Construction Law, which entered into force on 19 September 2020 and introduced a time limit for declaring a building permit invalid.
