A commentary by barrister Aneta Fornalik in the article “Administrative courts challenge an increasing number of tax decisions” published in the law.pl

On 7 April 2022, the prawo.pl website published the article “Administrative courts challenge an increasing number of tax decisions, which included a commentary by barrister Aneta Fornalik.

The publication concerns the scope of cases heard by administrative courts and the complex legal issues arising in them, as well as the matter of existing differences in the number of attorneys in 2020-2021 caused by a very limited number of hearings – those at the seat of the court, but also those conducted remotely during the epidemic period. The commentary refers to the participation of professional attorneys in administrative court proceedings and their role in these proceedings.
