The study “Benefits for citizens from Ukraine” of 14 March 2022 addresses the issue of the already effective Act of 12 March 2022 on Assistance to Citizens of Ukraine in Connection with Armed Conflict on the Territory of Ukraine. The Act was signed by the President of the Republic of Poland on 12 March 2022 and published in the Journal of Laws on the same day. However, its provisions apply retroactively – from 24 February 2022.
