“For more than 4 years there has been a struggle of the wronged parties of the so called “De-Communisation Act” for the restoration of reduced pensions” – Barrister Jan Dudzik in an interview with WTK Television

On 22 April 2022, barrister Jan Dudzik was a guest of “Wieczór WTK” (“WTK Evening”). He answered questions from the editor concerning the so-called “De-Communisation Act”, which affected tens of thousands of former officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the People’s Republic of Poland.

It reduced the pensions of many persons who, after positive verification, served in free Poland, including distinguished intelligence officers who went down in the pages of Poland’s modern history. The lawyer explained what the appeal procedure before the court is and what circumstances should be taken into account in order to win the case.
