On 31 July 2020, representatives of our Law Firm, attorney-at-law Joanna Badke and attorney-at-law Jacek Krystek, took part, together with seven other teams, in the 1st Wielkopolska Negotiation Tournament for Attorneys-at-law for the Cup of the Dean of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań prepared by Inteligames, on the Zoom platform.
As part of the competition task, attorney Joanna Badke and attorney Jacek Krystek faced a negotiation simulation, during which they prepared for the talks and then conducted the negotiation process, which ended with the signing of a scored agreement.
Participation in the Tournament has made it possible to put various techniques and negotiating strategies into practice, and to confront our representatives’ knowledge with the negotiating behaviour models adopted by the other party.
Our representatives faced a strong and demanding competition, since the President of the National Council of Attorneys-at-law Maciej Bobrowicz and the Dean of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań Zbigniew Tur took part in the tournament.
