Internal training on changes in law aimed at reducing payment bottlenecks

On 1 January 2020, the Act of 19 July 2019 Amending Certain Acts to Reduce Payment Bottlenecks (OJ 2019.1649) came into force. The Act introduced significant changes in the rules of accounting for entrepreneurs. With a view to continuously improving the competences of our employees and associates, on 16 and 17 January 2020, tax advisor Iwona Jacieczko and trainee attorney Małgorzata Łobocka conducted a training course aimed at familiarizing attorneys at law, legal advisors, trainee attorneys and lawyers of the Law Firm with the main assumptions of the Act and the most significant changes that the Act introduced in a number of legal acts, including the Act on Payment Deadlines in Commercial Transactions, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Corporate Income Tax Act and the Personal Income Tax Act.
