On 22 April 2021, attorney-at-law Łukasz Miatkowski delivered a lecture on public procurement law to employees of the Eugenia and Janusz Zeyland Wielkopolska Centre of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery in Poznań (Independent Health Care Establishment).
It was the first part of the public procurement training organised in connection with the entry into force of the new Public Procurement Act of 11 September 2019. Topics covered in the lecture included issues related to the correct description of the subject of the public procurement contract, preparation of an analysis of the contracting authority’s needs and determining the value of the contract.
