As part of ongoing legal support for a Client running a business in the field of car mechanics, the Law Firm undertook negotiations regarding purchase of a real estate located in the Poznań district.
The negotiations conducted by the Law Firm resulted in working out the terms and conditions of the agreement which fully took into account investment plans of our Client and met with approval of the current owner of the real estate. The real estate purchase transaction was finalised last week.
The investment in the new real estate with a value of several million PLN will allow the Client to significantly extend the scope of services rendered and to further develop its business.
The negotiations were conducted on behalf of the Client by attorney Paweł Sowisło and attorney-at-law Marcin Rożynek.
