We are delighted to announce that attorney-at-law Jacek Sobczak has joined the Firm’s team of associates as of 1 February 2021.
Attorney Jacek Sobczak is an experienced lawyer, specialising in Higher Education Law. He has many years of professional experience supported by more than 10 years of providing legal services to the Medical University of Warsaw, where he held the position of Director of the Legal Office.
In addition, he has experience in intellectual property law, including that related to research and development activities, in the field of organisation and financing of clinical trials.
At the Firm, he will be responsible for providing services to higher education entities, including legal assistance in the commercialisation of research and development results.
