A legal advisor with over 25 years of experience in labor law and social security law. He possesses extensive knowledge, vast experience, and strong skills in analyzing legal documents and effectively negotiating in court disputes.
In the field of individual labor law, he provides legal assistance, particularly regarding the employment of individuals under various legal bases, contract termination, remuneration rules, non-compete clauses, employees’ material liability, as well as compliance with working time regulations and the granting of various types of leaves and work exemptions. He also advises on collective labor law, especially in cases involving the transfer of an entire company or part of it, assists in resolving collective disputes, and supports matters requiring employer cooperation with employee representation or trade unions.
He also provides legal assistance in social security law, including issues related to social security coverage, entitlements to benefits or other social security allowances, as well as determining the contribution assessment base.
He has extensive experience in representing clients in various labor law and social security law disputes and provides legal support to clients during inspections conducted by the State Labor Inspectorate, the Social Insurance Institution, or other regulatory authorities.
