“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” in its “Samorząd i Administracja” supplement of 26.01.2022 (no. 17) published an article entitled “Local authorities will face a dilemma: to help an indebted hospital or not”, in which a comment by attorney-at-law Jacek Sobczak was included.
The comment by the lawyer gives practical advice to local governments on how to determine the source of a particular part of the loss in a medical entity, using the standard cost accounting and how to make a decision as to its possible coverage on this basis.
