On 28 January 2022, in the registered office of our Firm, representatives of the Tax Law Department, in the persons of: tax advisor Iwona Jacieczko and Dr Mateusz Langer, conducted a training for the executives and high-level managers of a chocolate manufacturer, an engineering and construction company and a property developer.
During the training, the most relevant tax issues arising from the “Polish Deal” were discussed, including in particular: the new Estonian CIT, the tax on passed-through income, the hidden dividend, the robotisation allowance and the VAT group.
The training provoked a lively discussion among its participants, proving to be an excellent pretext for an informed discussion on current changes in tax law.
