Barbara Urbańska-Łuczak

An expert in the field of industrial property rights, specializes in the notification of inventions procedure in the field of mechanics and chemistry, as well as industrial designs and trademarks. She represents the creators before the Polish Patent Office, Patent Cooperation Treaty, European Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office in the areas of patents, industrial designs and trademarks respectively.
On a daily basis, he cooperates with patent offices of almost all European countries as well as the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Japan, India and China.
She has many years of practical experience, as he obtained the patent attorney’s license in 1981. In the years 1992 – 2013 she was a patent attorney at the Poznań University of Technology.
In 2004, he was entered on the list of European patent attorneys and entered the list of professional representatives before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market EUIPO in Alicante.
A member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. He is a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and also a member of the Chamber Disciplinary Court. In 1972 she graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology of the Poznan University of Technology with the title of mechanical engineer, specialty – foundry.
