She specialises in criminal, family, and guardianship cases. She has practical experience in representing clients in court proceedings, including appeals before the Supreme Court and in proceedings before law enforcement agencies. She is also a valued expert in representing medical practitioners in cases involving medical malpractice. She has conducted a number of training courses for physicians in the area of the criminal, professional and civil liability and patient rights. Head of the law firm’s Criminal Cases Department.
She is fluent in English and her interests include literature and scuba diving.
Other professional activity:
A valued lecturer at the National Forum of Young Criminologists, where she presented, among others, a paper entitled “On the limits of doctor-guarantor liability – a case study”. In 2018, she was a speaker at the 2nd National Forum of Young Criminologists with a paper “On the Limits of Liability of the Medical Guarantor – A Case Study”. In 2020, her article was published under the same title in “Crime of the 21st Century – Opportunities and Challenges for Criminology” edited by Professor Emil W. Pływaczewski, Diana Dajnowicz-Piesiecka and Emilia Jurgielewicz-Delegacz.
