She specialises in criminal, family and guardianship cases. She has many years of practical experience in representing clients in court proceedings, including appearances before the Supreme Court and in proceedings before law enforcement authorities. She is a valued expert in representing doctors in cases involving medical malpractice. Handles complex international family cases involving persons subject to foreign jurisdiction. Heads the Criminal Law Department at the law firm.

She is fluent in English. She is interested in literature and diving.

Other professional activity:

In 2018, she was a speaker at the 2nd National Forum of Young Criminologists with a paper entitled ‘On the limits of the responsibility of the guarantor doctor – a case study’. In January 2020, her article under the same title was published in the publication ‘Crime in the 21st Century: Opportunities and Challenges for Criminology’ edited by Prof. Emil W. Pływaczewski, Dr Diana Dajnowicz-Piesiecka and Dr Emilia Jurgielewicz-Delegacz. She conducts a number of training courses for doctors on criminal, professional and civil liability of doctors and patient rights. She is a reviewer for the journal ‘Młoda Palestra – Czasopismo Aplikantów Adwokackich’ (Young Bar – Journal of Trainee Lawyers).
