He specialises in providing legal assistance regarding public procurement law, in particular including preparing and executing public procurement proceedings, supervising and advising on the implementation of public procurement contracts, preparing and evaluating tender offers and representing the contracting authority and the contractor before the NAC. He has advised on such investments as the construction of the Independent Public Children’s Clinical Hospital of the Warsaw Medical University, the Sports and Rehabilitation Centre, the University Dentistry Centre and the renovation of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Warsaw Medical University. He is fluent in English and his interests include sports and music.
